At Sumookh Jewelss, we take pride in delivering high-quality hand picked Jewellery. However, If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags/box intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, simply login to www.sumookhjewelss.com > Go to profile > Select your order and initiate refund
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions via text/email.
  

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after quality inspection of the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
